HOMEWORK
Choose a band/album where you can obtain the following material:
1. The band name. The names of the band members and what they play.
2. A few paragraphs of marketing copy for the back cover. This text might promote the band or this album, or it might be the history of the band if it's interesting, or it might be an interview snippet, or it might be a write up of the music which influenced the sound of the band.
3. Song titles, time length of songs and the lyrics for each song.
4. A 30 second sound byte of their music to share with your feedback groups.
5. Click here to download this illustrator dieline and place it into a 30" x 30" Indesign file.
For next week:
1. Collect the material needed (stated above: steps 1-4)
2. Download the Creative Brief Template and fill it out.
3. Create a style board for your album.
